IN CHRIST - THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING
When Jesus was raised from the dead, He DID NOT say, "I hope that helped you just a little bit."  Jesus did not die and go through the suffering of the cross and being raised from the dead just to help us a little bit!  He brings radical change!  When Jesus was raised from the dead, He said, "All power in heaven and earth has been given to me!"  In Christ, old things have passed away and now everything is new!  THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!
I remember a time when I became very interested in Albert Einstein and his theory of relativity.  I went to the store and bought several books, brought them home and started to read.  I soon realized this material was so advanced that I couldn't understand it.  Then, I discovered a televised documentary on how Einstein's breakthrough discoveries changed everything for physics. 
Einstein's famous theory, E=MC², was a revolutionary revelation that changed the way scientists thought about how space and time relate to matter and energy. He apologized to Isaac Newton because they ended up having to re-write all of his physics books. This breakthrough completely changed the way we view the world by opening quantum physics and unlocking the atom and nuclear fission.  He said, "This changes everything!" The Apostle Paul's revelation of who the believer is in Christ is much greater than Einstein’s discovery. What God did in Christ has truly changed everything.
                                                                     
THE NEW CREATION CHANGES EVERYTHING
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. 2 Corinthians 5:17 
Therefore if any person is [ingrafted] in Christ (the Messiah) he is a new creation (a new creature altogether); the old [previous moral and spiritual condition] has passed away. Behold, the fresh and new has come! AMPC

                                        
Some other translations say this about the new creation: There is a new world; the old order has gone, and a new order has already begun; a new condition has come; the man he was has passed away, and, behold, a new man has been created.
God changes us by giving us a new heart when we become a new creation. A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh (Ezekiel 36:26).  What God has done in Christ has literally opened a new world, a new condition, and has given us a new heart.  The good news is that the old has passed away and the new has come.  This revolutionary revelation really has changed everything!
 
RIGHTEOUS IN HIM
On the cross Jesus took our old sinful condition and in exchange, made us His very righteousness.  2 Corinthians 5:21 in the Worrell says, “Him Who knew no sin He made to be sin on our behalf, that we may become God’s righteousness in Him.”  With the gift of righteousness, we can boldly approach the throne of grace.  In whom we have boldness and access with confidence by the faith of him (Ephesians 3:12). Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience... (Hebrews 10:21, 22).  
                                                                               
THE TRIUMPHANT CHURCH
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony. Revelation 12:11 
And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it. Colossians 2:15

                                                 

Like the song says, "It reaches to the highest mountain and flows to the lowest valley," Jesus conquered death, hell and the grave. Satan knows more about his defeat than most Christians because he was there.  Everything God did in Christ, He did for us and it is set to the credit of our account, just as if we did it.  Jesus did the hard part and now our part is this:  Make a bold confession of who you are in Christ.  Then live in the consciousness of freedom and blessing.  What shall we then say to these things?  If God be for us, who can be against us?  When we see who we are in Christ, Jesus' victory is our victory.  THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING!
