How Do I Subscribe?
To listen to a Podcast you will need a program called a
'Pod Catcher' such as:
Itunes or Juice.

Once you have downloaded One of these programs you will
need to 'subscribe' to our Podast.
Subscribe Using Itunes
Click here - or -
Open Itunes and click on 'Advanced' on the menu bar.
Select 'Subscribe to Podcast'.
Type in or copy and paste the following text:

Subscribe Using Juice
Open Juice and click on the green button "+" button.
In the 'url' section type in or copy and paste the
